Review: Geno Saurer Blox is a limited edition Zoid that was only available with the Zoids Infinity EX Neo game for the Xbox 360. Released 7 months after Shield Liger Blox this kit continues the theme of a large battery-operated kit scaled down to Blox size. While Geno Saurer Blox does have a Battle Story printed on its box it is considered by many fans to be non-canon. Geno Saurer Blox reuses one sprue from Unenlagia and the rest of its parts are entirely new. The designers did an excellent job of making this kit look like Geno Saurer while working within the limitations of the Blox pieces. The color scheme is spot on and while not all of the colors are applied correctly it's forgiveable considering the small size of the kit. Geno Saurer Blox has a nice range of articulation but nothing spectacular, what one would expect from a pre-Neo Blox kit. The kit is an easy build and comes with both of Geno Saurers optional head cannons as well as optional parts to turn it into a black version of Rease's Psycho Geno Saurer depicted in the "Guardian Force" anime. A nice bonus I found were several stickers of Raven's insignia. Guylos Empire and Neo-Zenebas stickers were also included, I opted to go with the Guylos symbols since I had already applied the Raven stickers. Overall Geno Saurer Blox is an awesome little kit and I would highly recommend it to anybody that has the means to obtain one. Unfortunately they are rather rare and a bit on the pricy side but as an excellent precursor to the Legend Blox series I think this is one kit you'll definitely want to add to your collection.
